Join us in New England to kick off the summer with four days of yoga, seafood, beaching, hiking, biking and generally feeling good. We'll stay at the gorgeous Vineyard Arts Project in Edgartown, Martha's Vineyard, where Liz and Sammy will co-lead two yoga classes per day. We will enjoy delicious gourmet meals, prepared on-site.

The rundown: arrive the afternoon of Wednesday, June 12, settle in for your first yoga class, and then get ready for family welcome dinner. Breakfast and dinner will be hosted at the property throughout the retreat, as well as morning and evening yoga classes. Activities include a boat ride to neighboring islands, a cheese tasting at a local farm, a clambake, biking through quaint villages, and plenty of time to explore the beaches, stroll through town, visit art galleries, relax and unwind.

Retreat rates include:

  • Four nights accommodation

  • Twice-daily yoga

  • Breakfast and dinner

  • Clambake lunch

  • Cheese tasting at a local farm

Optional activities:

  • Bike ride (rental across the street) to explore the island

  • Boat trip to Chappaquiddick Island + visit to Mytoi Japanese Garden

  • Group hike

  • Private Queen Room: $1600 pp / Shared: $1500 pp

  • Shared Double Twin Room: $1450 pp

  • Shared Triple Room: $1400 pp

  • All rooms have private bath

  • $500 non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot
