Join us in New England to kick off the summer with four days of yoga, seafood, beaching, hiking, bicycling and generally feeling good. We'll stay at the gorgeous Vineyard Arts Project in Edgartown, Martha's Vineyard, where Liz and Sammy will co-lead two yoga classes per day and prepare delicious gourmet meals to nourish our bellies. 

The rundown: arrive in the afternoon on Wednesday, June 12, settle in for your first yoga class, and then get ready for family welcome dinner. Breakfast and dinner will be hosted at the property throughout the retreat, as well as morning and evening yoga classes. Activities include a boat ride to neighboring islands, a cheese tasting at a local farm, a clambake, biking through quaint villages, and plenty of time to explore the beaches, stroll through town, relax and unwind.

Retreat rates include:

  • Four nights accommodation

  • Twice-daily yoga

  • Breakfast and dinner

  • One clambake lunch (yum)

  • Cheese tasting (yum)


Optional activities:

  • Bike rental / group bike ride

  • Boat trip to Chappaquiddick Island + visit to Mytoi Japanese Garden

  • Group hike through Menemsha Hills

  • Private Queen Room: $1600 pp / Shared: $1500 pp

  • Shared Double Twin Room: $1450 pp

  • Shared Triple Room: $1400 pp

  • $500 non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot
