Immersive Yoga Study Program
200-Hour Teacher Training

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our 2020 Immersive Yoga Study Program! Perfect for those looking to begin their teaching journey, or yogis who wish to deepen their understanding and practice, our expert team will lead you through 200 hours of comprehensive training beginning with a unique retreat weekend in the mountains of Vermont and culminating in a celebratory graduation beach weekend.

Led by Heatwise Senior Instructors Sigrid Pichler and Allegra Romita, who have a combined 22 years of teaching experience, the training will include guest lectures by Sammy Calvano, Holly Colino, and various other Heatwise instructors.

Specifically designed to ensure a balance of yoga and your personal/professional life, the program bakes in ample time between intensive training weekends for you to have the opportunity to practice, observe, and assist classes, complete all the necessary readings and assigned homework, and find your voice in the classroom.

You will graduate from this training equipped with the knowledge and confidence to structure and deliver a yoga class, as well as a deeper understanding and appreciation of your personal practice.
