Tantra yoga is about using experiences within the physical body to expand consciousness. Typically a 3-hour experience, Susannah will guide you through an abbreviated 90-minute version consisting of standing postures (25 min), savasana postures (45 min) and several poses lying on your stomach (20 min) to connect you with your yin energy. This will be challenging, although seemingly simple, and very meditative.
Open to all levels. The room will not be heated.
