Designed for athletes, you will experience a safe and effective 60-minute workshop that includes a sequence of yoga postures designed to mirror the biomechanics of running.
You will learn which yoga postures work (and don't work) for runners, prevent injury and learn what may have caused your current/past injuries, and perform stronger at your next endurance event by enhancing your stability and mobility for running. You will incorporate props such as blocks and straps, as well as trigger point therapy balls.
Open to all levels. This workshop will not be heated.
