Yoga Nidra

Join Libby Nicholaou for a workshop that creates space for you to listen to your deeper sense of knowing. This workshop aims to create space for stillness and presence, in a culture where life moves quickly, with little time to turn inward and connect with our experiences. This takes place 2 days after a new moon, which is a time when what was once only inside begins to emerge and eventually come into being.

Often referred to as "yogic sleep", Yoga Nidra is similar to a long, guided savasana with some added benefits of calming the nervous system and reducing stress. Perfect for anyone and everyone - no experience necessary.

What you’ll need for this workshop: comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, pen and paper or journal, and it’s always nice to have a mug of hot tea.
