The
Heatwise Experience

Rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art infrared heating technology. The best sweat of your life.

Flow to the beat with curated playlist that infuse every class with good vibes. We take our tunes seriously.

Reserve your spot in the room ahead of time. Less stress, more space.

Hands-on assists and adjustments that help deepen your practice. Your half moon never felt so good.

Expect a solid vinyasa flow with lots of opportunities to dig deeper.

If we could bottle up stress relief and sell it, we’d call it Jeremy’s class.

Allegra’s classes are therapeutic in every sense of the word.

Cassie’s classes are choreography — she creates her sequences based on a theme.

Sigrid’s classes are powerful slow-builders.

Equal parts playful, intentional, challenging, and creative.
