Build heat with intentional sculpting, then unwind through somatic movement, mobility, and yin for a full-body reset. Through intentional sculpting, you’ll activate and strengthen every major muscle group using isometric holds, slow eccentric movement, and rhythmic flow, building both power and a deep mind-body connection. We then shift into somatic release, breath-led mobility, and restorative yin to unwind tension, rehydrate the body, and regulate the nervous system.This workshop is open to all levels.
The room will be heated to 98 degrees, with a cool-down to 85 degrees in the final 15 minutes.
