Join us for a deeply restorative evening designed to help you unwind, reset, and step into warmer weather with clarity.
You’ll be gently guided through a nourishing Yoga Nidra practice—often called “yogic sleep”—to bring the body into profound relaxation while the mind remains softly aware. From there, we’ll transition into a quiet, guided journaling session to help you capture insights, intentions, and what’s ready to bloom this spring.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient, guided meditation practice that invites you into a state of wakeful rest. While lying comfortably, you’ll be led through body awareness, breathwork, and visualization designed to calm the nervous system, restore the body, improve sleep, and increase mental clarity and energy.
Please come in comfortable, cozy layers, as body temperature can naturally fluctuate during deep relaxation.
