Yoga Nidra & Journaling Workshop

Join Bridget for a restorative evening designed to help you unwind, reset, and step into the Golden Hour of Summer with clarity.

We'll start with a gentle Yoga Nidra practice—often called “yogic sleep”—to relax the body while the mind remains softly aware. From there, we’ll transition into a quiet, guided journaling / vision boarding session to help you capture insights and intentions from your practice.

What is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra is an ancient guided meditation practice that invites you into a state of wakeful rest. While lying comfortably, you’ll be led through body awareness, breathwork, and visualization designed to calm the nervous system, restore the body, improve sleep, and increase mental clarity and energy.

What to Wear: Please come in comfortable, cozy layers, as body temperature can naturally fluctuate during deep relaxation.Come as you are—leave feeling rested, clear, and ready for the next chapter.

What to Bring:

  • Journal
  • Pen or pencil

This workshop will not be heated.
